The behavior that I currently engage in and would like to change is inconsistent exercise. I will measure my workouts with my fitbit, giving me an accurate and motivational means of measurement. Not only will it track the duration and miscellaneous details of my workouts, but my daily steps as well. It gives me a daily summary of my movement and exercise. Consistent daily workouts increase my energy, decrease my stress and help to improve my sleep pattern. There are many benefits that come with consistency in working out and exercising daily. The potential issues with working out is it has to be before work, requiring me to wake up at 4:30am.
