Thanks for sharing that very good example of behavioral modeling with the class. I like that you pointed out how it was a win win situation and everyone learned not just the student it was set up to help. Much of how children learn is through example and by mimicking what they see others do. That continues into adulthood to some extent. But adults also respond to the reward system in the organization. If an adult sees one behavior is rewarded they are more likely to mimics that behavior than then the ones that are not rewarded. That is why it is so important that the leadership be good role models and display the behaviors that an organization accepts. It is also why addressing non acceptable behaviors and rewarding positive behaviors is so important.
